Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns).
• Handle TDS calculation, deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, etc.).
• Manage books of accounts in Tally including day-to-day entries, ledgers, reconciliations and MIS reports.
• Maintain vendor invoices, purchase bills, sales records and ensure compliance with taxation deadlines.
• Conduct bank reconciliation, debtor/creditor management, and expense tracking.
• Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure all accounting records are updated and compliant.

Mandatory Skills

• Tally (ERP / Tally Prime) – Excellent working knowledge
• GST Return Filing – All monthly, quarterly & annual compliances
• TDS Filing – Calculation, deduction, challans & return filing
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas)

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Minimum 7–10 years of accounting experience
• Experience in real estate accounting (preferred but not mandatory)
