Accounts Executive

Job Title: Finance & Accounts Executive

Company Name: Heartrate Healthcare India Pvt. Ltd.

Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Night Shift)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

• Job Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
• Work on Tally for accounting, vouchers, and ledger management
• Manage PF & ESI compliance, filings, and records
• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure statutory compliance
• Coordinate with vendors for billing, payments, and reconciliations
• Liaise with Chartered Accountant (CA) for audits and statutory filings
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare invoices, expense statements, and MIS reports
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in Tally
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel & Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, reports)
• Experience in PF, ESI, GST, and vendor management
• Ability to work in a night shift
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
