Accounts Executive

Job Profile : -

• Key ResponsibilitiesBilling & InvoicingPrepare and issue customer invoices and debit/credit notes
• Maintain billing records and ensure timely collections
• Reconcile customer ledgers and follow up on outstanding payments
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for billing accuracy
• Accounting & BookkeepingRecord day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP
• Maintain vendor and customer accounts
• Assist in bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities
• Taxation & ComplianceAssist in preparation and filing of GST returns
• Maintain input/output GST records
• Support TDS calculation and challan preparation
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants during audits
• Payroll & Salary ProcessingPrepare monthly salary statements and payroll data
• Maintain employee attendance and reimbursement records
• Handle PF/ESI filings and statutory documentation
• General Finance SupportMaintain accounting records and documentation
• Assist management in financial data preparation
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies
• Qualifications & Skills RequiredBachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Working knowledge of Tally / ERP / MS Excel
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and payroll compliance
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
• Good communication and coordination skills
