Accounts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to handle the complete accounting and financial operations of our construction company based in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for project-wise accounting, vendor management, taxation, and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting activities including ledger, cash book, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and project-wise cost analysis.
• Handle construction-specific accounting such as BOQ-wise costing, subcontractor bills, labour expenses, and material reconciliation.
• Process vendor and subcontractor invoices, maintain payment schedules, and conduct ageing analysis.
• Oversee GST, TDS, tax filings, and ensure statutory compliance.
• Manage cash flow, banking operations, fund requirements, and coordination for OD/CC limits.
• Prepare monthly payroll, contractor payments, and coordinate with auditors.
• Provide timely financial insights and cost variance reports to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) with 5–10 years of experience, preferably in construction or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP, GST, project costing, and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and team coordination skills.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong financial discipline and understanding of construction project accounting.
