Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

               •             Handle day-to-day accounting activities, general ledger posting, and reconciliation.

               •             Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of books of accounts in compliance with AS.

               •             Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.

·                    Verify, record, and process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payments.

·                    Track and manage revenue and expenses associated with real-estate projects.

·                    Handling general accounting tasks, including voucher preparation, bookkeeping, and accounting transactions, Cash & Petty Cash Handling.

·                    Managing vendor accounts and processing vendor payments through NEFT, RTGS, and Net Banking

 

2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

               •             Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.

               •             Handle GST reconciliation, input credit tracking, and vendor compliance checks.

·        Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.

·        Quarterly reconciliation of 26AS/AIS/TIS with Customer ledgers, balance confirmation to customers & Services providers.

·        Replying to Income Tax And GST, Demand Notices.

 

3. Financial Reporting & Analysis

               •             Analyse monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statements.

               •             Develop MIS reports for management—including profitability analysis, and cost tracking.

               •             Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

 

4. Payroll & Internal Controls

               •             Implement and monitor internal financial controls and process improvements.

 

5. Coordination & Support

               •             Liaise with banks for fund management, OD/CC account operations, and documentation.

               •             Coordinate with management, vendors, and internal teams for financial matters.

               •             Support procurement and operations with cost analysis and price evaluations.
