Are you confident on calls and enjoy interacting with people? We’re looking for an Apprentice in ‘Admin
& HR’ to support our Facility & Office Operations at our Noida Centre.
Key Responsibilities of HR & Admin Apprentice:
1. Estate Management & Upkeep:
o Oversee the maintenance and management of all company properties.
o Ensure that all facilities are in optimal condition and meet health and safety
standards.
2. Physical Security/Access Control:
o Implement and monitor security protocols.
o Manage access control systems to ensure the safety of employees and assets.
3. Physical Asset Management:
o Track and maintain all physical assets.
o Oversee Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and ensure timely renewals.
4. Fire Safety:
o Ensure all fire safety equipment is up-to-date and functional.
o Conduct regular fire drills and safety training sessions.
5. Ensuring POSH at Workplace & Statutory Compliance:
o Promote a safe and respectful workplace in line with the Prevention of Sexual
Harassment (POSH) Act.
o Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations.
6. Food & Beverages Management:
o Oversee catering services and ensure quality standards are met.
o Manage relationships with food and beverage vendors.
7. Office Rentals/Lease Documents/Electricity, Water, and Telecom Billing Management:
o Handle all aspects of office rentals and lease agreements.
o Manage utility bills and ensure timely payments.
8. Grievance Management & Complaints Liaison:
o Address employee grievances promptly and effectively.
o Serve as a liaison between staff and management for complaint resolution.
9. Travel and Inter-Office Transport and Conveyance Management:
o Coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
o Manage inter-office transportation services.
10. Maintaining Up-to-Date Data Repository of Assets:
o Keep accurate records of all assets in the ERP system.
o Maintain backup data in the company's regional Google Drive.
11. HR Hiring & Operations:
o Placing job adv on job portals, screening applications, interviewing candidates
and sharing shortlisted candidate’s tracker to senior manager.
o Maintaining Employee records and monthly attendance trackers.
Reporting/Mentoring Structure:
• The Apprentice will report directly on-site to the Centre Manager and Admin
officer for day-to-day role deliverables and indirectly report to Team Leader (HR & Admin) remotely on
virtual e-meets for monthly reports and deliverables.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• A Graduate in any stream preferably Management or Accounting qualifications.
• Preferred candidates with 0-1 Year of HR & Admin experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working in basic Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Good Learner, ability to multi-task
Work Days/Hours:
• Monday to Saturday; Shift 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM.--- Work from Office only.

Stipend & Benefits:
• Selected candidates will be registered as Apprentice with lucrative Stipend offered under the National
Apprenticeship Training scheme (NATS), accredited by Govt. of India. A formal Certificate upon successful
completion of one year training.
• Employees will be covered under the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) scheme.
