As an Inside Sales Executive, you'll engage with potential customers over calls and emails to promote our courses and help them get started with our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers to understand their learning needs.
• Convert leads into sales by explaining the benefits of our courses.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM.
• Work with the marketing team to follow up on leads.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
• Follow up with existing leads to nurture relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service (education tech experience is a plus).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
