🎯 Role ObjectiveTo generate, nurture, and convert student admission leads into confirmed enrollments while achieving monthly revenue and admission targets.
- 🔥 Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Data Calling & Lead ManagementMake outbound calls to provided database leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries from ads, website, walk-ins & referrals.
- Maintain structured follow-up cycles.
- Update all interactions in Excel/CRM daily.
- 2️⃣ Lead GenerationGenerate new leads through:
- Reference calling
- Re-engaging old database
- Campaign follow-ups
- Support marketing team in lead conversion activities.
- 3️⃣ Counselling & ConversionCounsel students & parents (Std 6–12, JEE/NEET Foundation).
- Explain course structure, fees, batches, and results.
- Handle objections confidently.
- Convert inquiries into paid admissions.
- 4️⃣ Target & Revenue FocusAchieve monthly admission targets.
- Work on revenue-based goals.
- Maintain high conversion ratios.
- Participate in daily performance reviews.
- 5️⃣ Fee Coordination & ClosureShare fee structure & payment links.
- Ensure timely payment collection.
- Complete documentation & admission formalities.
- 📊 Performance Metrics (KPI)Daily calling targets
