Role Overview: As a Team Leader – Admission Counselling, you will be responsible for leading a team of Admission Counsellors to achieve individual and collective enrollment targets. You will guide, motivate, and monitor the team’s performance while ensuring adherence to company standards and processes. The role demands strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for driving results through collaboration and coaching. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise, train, and mentor a team of Admission Counsellors to ensure high productivity and performance. • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales/enrollment targets for the team and ensure consistent achievement. • Conduct regular performance reviews, track progress, and implement improvement strategies. • Monitor team interactions to ensure high-quality counselling and adherence to process guidelines. • Collaborate with management to plan and execute strategies to boost lead conversion and admissions. • Analyze data and generate reports on team performance, conversion rates, and lead quality. • Handle escalated student queries and ensure prompt, effective resolution. • Motivate and engage the team through effective communication, coaching, and recognition programs. • Maintain coordination between counselling teams to ensure smooth workflow and target alignment. • Work closely with senior management to identify training needs and develop team competencies.
