Experience: 0–3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career options
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admission inquiries
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful admissions
• Maintain student records and update CRM/database regularly
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processes

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to achieve admission targets
• Prior experience in education counseling or sales will be an advantage
