Job Overview:

PE UPskill is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor with 2+ years of experience in the EdTech or Education industry. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, handling admissions, and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Counsel prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.

•

Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses/programs.

•

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

•

Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM.

•

Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.

•

Provide complete information regarding courses, fees, eligibility, and career prospects.

•

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing.

•

Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills:

•

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

•

Strong sales and negotiation ability.

•

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

•

Good knowledge of online education programs.

•

CRM handling experience preferred.

•

Ability to handle objections professionally.

Eligibility Criteria:

•

Any Graduation (MBA Preferred).

•

Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech / Online Universities / Education Sales.

•

Experience in domestic admissions preferred.
