Job Description

  • Student Engagement & Enquiry ManagementHandle enquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, email, WhatsApp and online leads.
  • Counsel students and parents about MAAC’s courses, industry opportunities and career paths.
  • Maintain positive relationships with all prospective students throughout the admissions journey.
  • Lead Conversion & Target AchievementConvert leads into walk-ins and successful admissions, meeting monthly/quarterly enrolment targets.
  • Follow-up with older leads for renewed interest and conversions.
  • Coordinate and communicate offers, campus visits, demos, and presentations.
  • Sales & Administrative DutiesAggressively pursue sales targets while maintaining a professional approach.
  • Participate in marketing and outreach activities to increase lead generation (events, seminars, local campaigns).
  • Maintain admissions documentation, records, and reports (CRM/spreadsheets).
  • Collect fees, handle follow-up payments and manage churn effectively.
  • Coordination & ReportingCoordinate regularly with Faculties, Centre Head, and other staff for schedule alignment and demos.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, walk-ins, counselling outcomes and admissions status.
  • 🎓 Qualifications & SkillsRequiredBachelor’s degree (any stream).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Target-driven, persuasive attitude with good interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with sales orientation and counselling dynamics.
  • PreferredPrior experience (1–5 years) in admissions counselling, sales, academic counselling or customer service.
  • Experience in education, animation, design or media institutes is a plus.
  • Good CRM/spreadsheet competence for tracking and reporting.
