About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced, target-oriented Admission Counsellor who can guide students in choosing the right academic programs and successfully convert inquiries into enrollments. The role demands strong communication, counseling, and sales skills in a fast-paced education environment.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students on courses, eligibility, admission process, fees, and scholarships
- Understand student career goals and recommend suitable academic programs
- Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound/cold calls
- Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with students and parents
- Coordinate with the admissions team for enrollment confirmation
- Update and manage student data accurately in CRM systems
- Required Skills & QualificationsAny UG / PG degree
- 1–4 years of experience in admission counseling, academic sales, or career guidance
- Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
- Willing to work 6 days from office
