Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Admission Counsellor – Inside Sales to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and a genuine interest in helping students choose the right academic path.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students about various UG & PG courses

• Guide students through admission procedures and program selection

• Handle counselling through data calling and online chat support

• Respond to queries over telephone and assist with student concerns

• Convert leads into successful admissions

• Record, maintain, and follow up on assigned leads

• Maintain daily telephonic and walk-in records

• Collect feedback from participants and consolidate the same

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or related industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent persuasion and counselling ability

• Customer-focused approach with strong service orientation

• Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced team environment

• Proficiency in CRM software and relevant tools

• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets
