Admission Counsellor

Job Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about available courses, colleges, and admission processes.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
• Understand student needs and suggest suitable programs.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team.
• Explain fees, documentation requirements, and admission timelines.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with students.
• Participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional activities when required.
