Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students (calls, emails, walk‑ins), explain courses, fees, eligibility.
• Follow up leads, assist with application and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM.
• Meet enrolment targets; collaborate with marketing and other teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1‑3 years in admissions / sales / counselling.
• Strong communication & persuasion skills.
• Good at handling multiple leads and followups.
