Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor for our Patna office who will be responsible for guiding students regarding regular university programs and ensuring successful admissions. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents about various regular university programs. Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries effectively. Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions. Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and student details. Coordinate with internal teams and universities for smooth admission processes. Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in EdTech / university counselling / admissions (preferred). Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA or relevant field preferred). Skills: Excellent communication and convincing ability. Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of regular university programs and admission processes.
