Admission Counsellor

JOB TITLE - Education Counselor 

EXPERIENCE - 1-3 Years

LOCATION- Sector 4 ( Near Noida sector 16)

Job Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and timely information to students and parents regarding UG and PG programs offered by the institution.

Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions over the phone to understand student goals, academic background, and interests.

Guide students through the admissions process, including course selection, eligibility criteria, application procedures, and deadlines.

Build and maintain a strong database of prospective students and follow up to convert leads into enrollments.

Prepare and maintain records of counseling sessions, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

Proven experience in academic counseling or a student advisory role is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong listening skills and the ability to understand and address student needs.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.

Basic in MS Office and CRM (NPF) systems is an advantage.
