Key Responsibilities

• Legal Advisory: Advise senior management on legal risks, compliance, and corporate governance.
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate various business contracts, including vendor agreements, partnership contracts, and customer agreements.
• Compliance: Ensure company compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Litigation & Disputes: Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitration, or mediation.
• Intellectual Property: Protect company assets, including intellectual property and patents.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• License: Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience: Proven experience as a corporate attorney, preferably in-house or in a top law firm.
• Knowledge: Expertise in corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
