AGENCY HEAD — THIRD EYE PRODUCTION

Third Eye Production operates as a Private Growth & Content Lab, not a traditional agency.

We build and scale premium lifestyle, luxury, nightlife, and culture-driven brands through cinematic content, brand perception engineering, and disciplined creative execution.

We are looking for an Agency Head to lead strategy, operations, team structure, and growth direction while protecting the agency’s quality standards and premium DNA.

This is not a routine management position.

This is a core leadership role.

Key Responsibilities• Drive overall agency strategy and growth direction

• Establish workflows, systems, and operational discipline

• Lead and manage cross-functional creative and marketing teams

• Oversee quality control across content, branding, and campaigns

• Coordinate across video, design, content, and performance divisions

• Lead client and project decision-making with clarity and authority

• Build scalable structures that prevent inefficiency and chaos

• Mentor team leads and enforce execution standards

• Protect agency positioning, standards, and creative integrity

Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a leader who understands both creativity and business dynamics.

• Has prior experience leading teams in agency / branding / marketing environments

• Understands branding, content, and digital ecosystems

• Can build structure and systems instead of managing disorder

• Can manage creatives, clients, and workflows effectively

• Is mentally composed under pressure

• Thinks long-term brand building, not short-term tactics

Required Experience & Capabilities• Proven leadership experience in agency / creative / marketing environments

• Strong understanding of branding, content, and campaign execution

• Operational and team management capability

• Strong communication and decision-making skills

• Ability to maintain high standards of output quality
