AI &Maching Learning Team Leader

We are looking for an AI & Machine Learning Team Lead who can architect and build our custom dairy intelligence engine. This role involves developing business-specific ML models, integrating them with Azure prebuilt ML, and embedding insights into our C# / Blazor / SQL ERP system.

Roles & Responsibilities

Machine Learning / AI

• Build company-specific ML models for:
• Fat deviation detection
• SNF cheating analysis
• Farmer behavior scoring
• Supply consistency models
• Route anomaly detection
• Time-series trend forecasting
• Create model evaluation frameworks
• Build custom KPI prediction pipelines
• Implement clustering, anomaly detection, forecasting

B. Hybrid Intelligence (Our ML + Azure ML)

• Consume Azure prebuilt ML outputs
• Compare Azure industry trends with our ML results
• Generate final dual-output reports:
• Business output (custom ML)
• Industry benchmark output (Azure ML)

C. Technical Leadership

• Guide Python/ML freshers
• Own ML data preprocessing + feature engineering
• Work with C# and SQL teams to embed ML insights
• Plan ML roadmap & versioning

D. AI Integration

• Work with RAG pipelines
• Build internal prompt library for fixed KPIs
• Ensure AI answers are accurate and explainable

Core ML Skills

• Strong understanding of:
• Supervised/unsupervised models
• Time-series forecasting
• Anomaly detection
• Feature engineering
• Model evaluation (Precision, Recall, F1, RMSE)
• Hands-on with:
• Sklearn
• Python
• Pandas / Numpy

AI + LLM Experience

• Prompt engineering
• Ability to design dual-output pipelines
• Experience with RAG (preferred)

Azure Skills

• Azure Cognitive Services
• Azure ML Studio – model consumption
• Azure AI Search (preferred)

Programming & System Skills

• Python (90%)
• Understanding of C# / SQL workflows
• REST API integration
