*About the Opportunity:*

As an authorized partner associated with India Forbes Global Properties for their alliances in the Indian region, we are working on expanding their luxury real estate presence across major metro cities and inviting strategic alliance partners to collaborate in establishing and growing new regional offices.

*Key Responsibilities of the profile:*

Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned tier 1/ tier 2 cities.

Lead local marketing, client acquisition, establish and manage regional offices (franchise-style)

Build relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, developers, investors, and corporate groups to enable high-value deal closures.

Develop a strong referral and broker alliance network to scale premium property sales.

Experience in business expansion and franchising.

Entrepreneurial mindset to develop regional operations.
