Inviting applications for the role of Manager (Team Lead), Talent Acquisition & Integration
This role requires overseeing high-volume, time-zone-sensitive hiring operations across regions. The Senior Manager will be responsible for client governance, delivery excellence, process innovation, and driving business impact through a skilled and scalable workforce.
Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for leading the delivery of end-to-end recruitment coordination and pre-onboarding support processes. This role involves managing multi-tiered teams, engaging with regional recruiters/HR stakeholders, driving performance against service level agreements, ensuring compliance with global recruitment standards, and continuously optimizing operational workflows for efficiency and scale.
1. Leadership & Team Management
• Lead a cross-functional delivery team of 8 - 10 staff, including sourcing & screening specialist, recruitment and onboarding coordinators.
• Provide structured coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback through regular 1:1s, team huddles, and development plans.
• Manage staffing plans, shift rosters, and training needs to ensure full coverage across multiple time zones.
• Monitor day-to-day workflow allocation, capacity utilization, and delivery accuracy across team members.
• Own the onboarding and integration of new team members, ensuring readiness to meet client-specific standards.
• Must have experience in Australian recruitment and end to end visibility of Talent Acquisition
2. Talent Acquisition Leadership:
• Collaborate with the client to understand their talent requirements to support the hiring demands.
• Support execution of effective recruitment strategies planned by the client to meet hiring goals. (e.g., sourcing channel optimization, vendor cost optimization, etc.)
• Establish and manage talent communities.
• Track & measure success of talent communities.
• Demonstrate hands-on proficiency in at least one leading Applicant Tracking Systems (UKG, Workday, Avature, or Taleo, etc.) to manage end to end recruitment tasks.
• Ensure a high-quality, on time, and compliant recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Ensure adherence to defined service level agreements (SLAs), turn-around-time (TAT), and internal quality metrics.
3. Onboarding & Employee Experience:
• Ensure smooth execution of pre-joining activities: document collection, Pre employment check, onboarding system readiness, and Day 1 planning.
• Maintain compliance with documentation and pre-onboarding checklists.
• Collaborate with global onboarding owners to tailor the support model to regional needs while maintaining global consistency.
• Supervise exception handling and ensure stakeholder visibility and resolution.
• Ensuring recruiter consistency in evaluating pre-recorded interviews and tool-based screening
• Conducting quality audits
• Serving as first point of escalation
• Supporting weekly and monthly and ad-hoc reporting
4. Stakeholder Management:
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Local HR, Global HR, Hiring Managers & Recruitment Team to align recruitment priorities.
• Participate in regular governance calls and provide process related insights.
• Handle escalations and resolve issues related to recruitment and onboarding processes efficiently.

5. Reporting & Process Excellence
• Support weekly and monthly reporting on key recruitment and onboarding metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline stages, and sourcing performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for Service Level Agreement misses or process errors and implement corrective actions.
• Lead quality assurance reviews, root cause analysis (RCA) reporting, and mitigation planning for service failures or escalations.
• Implement lean process improvements and support digitization initiatives (e.g., automation of trackers, form templates, dashboards).
• Standardize process documentation and ensure knowledge retention.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA good to have).
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with exp required in leadership role.
• Strong understanding of global recruitment and onboarding workflows, best practises, sourcing techniques and onboarding process.
• Proven experience in managing high-volume hiring operations.
• Proficient with global Applicant Tracking System/ Human Resource Management Systems (UKG, Workday, Avature, or Taleo etc.).
• Experience in ticketing tool like Service Now, Zendesk, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and scale high-performing teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; working knowledge of dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an added advantage.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work 5 days from office in ANZ shift hours.
