Position Overview:

 

The Offboarding Ally and Exit Management Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and positive offboarding experience for employees leaving the organization. This role encompasses various responsibilities related to exit management, exit interviews, final settlement (FNF), clearance processes, and providing comprehensive support to employees from the moment they initiate their resignation until their last working day (LWD).

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1.       Exit Interview Coordination:

·      *Schedule and conduct exit interviews with departing employees.

·      *Collect valuable feedback and insights to help improve the organization's employee experience.

  2.       Final Settlement (FNF) Processing:

·      *Manage the calculation and processing of final settlements for departing employees.

·      *Ensure accurate and timely payment of dues, including salary, benefits, and any outstanding amounts.

·      *Ex-employee Recovery Management

  3.       Clearance Process:

·      *Facilitate the clearance process for exiting employees, ensuring that all company assets are returned, and outstanding obligations are met.

·      *Collaborate with various departments to complete the clearance checklist.

  4.       Client Management:

·      *Ensure that client requirement is getting delivered on time.

·      *SLA review.

·      *Client experience.

  5.       Data Reporting:

·      *Centralize data reporting.

·      *SAL tracking.

·      *Weekly data reporting to Client.

·      *SOP update

  6.       Query Management:

·      *Act as the primary point of contact for departing employees, addressing their queries and concerns throughout the offboarding process.

·      *Provide clear and timely responses to employee inquiries related to FNF, benefits, exit procedures, and more.

  7.       Documentation and Records:

·      *Maintain accurate records of exit interviews, FNF calculations, and clearance processes.

·      *Ensure compliance with legal and company policies regarding data privacy and documentation.

  8.       Support and Guidance:

·     * Offer guidance and support to departing employees, helping them navigate the resignation process and understand their entitlements.

·      *Coordination with Stake holder TS and other department

  9.       Process Improvement:

·      *Continuously assess and improve the offboarding process to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.

  10.   Compliance and Policy Adherence:

·      *Ensure that offboarding procedures adhere to company policies and legal requirements.

·      *Stay updated on labor laws and regulations relevant to offboarding.

  Qualifications and Skills:

 B achelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·      Prior experience in HR, particularly in offboarding and exit management, is preferred.

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in calculations.

·      Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to offboarding.

·      Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

 

·      Proficiency in HR software and tools for data management and analysis.
