Job Overview

An Android Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining highperformance mobile applications with integrated backend systems. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, real-time applications while ensuring performance, security, and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

App Development:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter (Dart) and Java/Kotlin for Android, ensuring reusable and efficient code.

Backend Integration:

Develop and integrate scalable backend services using Node.js / Java / Python, including RESTful APIs and real-time communication systems. Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to define, develop, test, and deploy application features. Performance Optimization & Debugging: Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness. API Integration: Integrate third-party services, REST APIs, and real-time technologies such as WebRTC / Agora, Twilio and Firebase Code Quality & Maintenance: Maintain clean code architecture, version control, testing processes, and documentation.

Required Skills Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in mobile and/or full-stack development.

Languages:  Flutter (Dart) – Required skill 

Java / Kotlin – Required  Backend: Node.js / Java / Python (any one)

Mobile Development:

 Strong expertise in Flutter framework, Android Studio, and Android SDK  Experience with app lifecycle, UI/UX implementation, and performance optimization  Ability to build responsive and high-performance mobile applications

Database:

 MySQL (Relational Database)  MongoDB (NoSQL Database)

Architecture:

 Understanding of MVVM / MVC / Clean

Architecture

 Knowledge of scalable backend systems and API design

Version Control:

 Proficiency in Git / GitHub

Third-Party Tools & Technologies

 Experience with real-time technologies (WebRTC / Agora / Socket.io)  Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)  Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)  Experience with caching systems (Redis)  Understanding of performance tuning, threading, and app optimization  Experience handling high concurrent users (preferred)
