Job Description

Job Description:

• Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise applications hosted on Windows servers/Client machines.
• Own incident, problem, and change management for assigned applications (ITIL aligned).
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent remediation.
• Ensure application availability, performance, and reliability in Production and Non-Prod.
• Work closely with the Windows platform for OS patching, vulnerability remediation, and server/Client endpoint health.
• Troubleshoot Windows services, IIS-hosted applications, and Windows based middleware.
• Responsible to support for hosting application over Windows servers or Intune devices along with Azure cloud.
• Hands on experience with automation opportunities (PowerShell)
• Maintain application documentation (runbooks, KT, onboarding guides)

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience

ITIL Foundation (preferred)

Microsoft / Intune certifications (good to have)
