Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing and resolving incidents related to the primary skill of Incident Management. Your typical day will involve working with cross-functional teams, analyzing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents. Roles & Responsibilities: - Manage and resolve incidents related to the primary skill of Incident Management, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders, to identify and resolve technical issues. - Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. - Ensure compliance with established incident management processes and procedures, including incident logging, tracking, and escalation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of incident management processes and procedures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework and ServiceNow incident management tool. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to incident management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple incidents simultaneously. - Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and applications, including servers, databases, and networks.
