Are you confident on calls and enjoy interacting with people? We’re looking for an Apprentice as ‘HR & Admin

Assistant’ to support our HR & Admin Operations for our Noida Centre.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Human Resource Operations:

• Conduct telephonic calling, and follow-ups with screened candidates to close vacant roles.

• Coordinate interviews, update recruitment trackers, and support mobilization of walk-in drives.

• Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure timely onboarding and induction trainings of

new joiners.

• Collate monthly attendance from ERP for payroll calculations; Maintain and post the daily attendance

tracker in respective WhatsApp group of your region.

• Generate Police Verification Certificates, Employee IDs and issue of ESIC Cards to new joiners

including their family members, ensuring ESI statutory compliance.

• Manage all documentation records related to Employee Life Cycle from onboarding to offboarding

including all FnF settlements and Exit Interviews.

• Prepare and update the Daily MIS Report and Apprentice Data Tracker (NAPS/NATS) on a regular

basis.


2. Administration/Facility Operations:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.

• Maintain visitor logs and issue passes.

• Direct guests to appropriate staff or departments.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers.

• Manage meeting room bookings and daily schedules.

• Keep reception and common areas clean, organized, and presentable.

• Maintain office supplies and assist with procurement.

• Support admin tasks including filing, scanning, data entry, fire drills, POSH awareness, and incident

reporting.

• Record utility meter readings (electricity/water, etc.) in designated registers.

• Uphold confidentiality and safeguard sensitive company/employee information.

• Coordinate with facility and vendor teams for maintenance or service requirements.

• Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.


Reporting/Mentoring Structure:

• The Apprentice - HR & Admin Assistant will report directly on-site to the Centre Manager and Admin

officer for day-to-day role deliverables and indirectly report to Team Leader (HR & Admin) remotely on

virtual e-meets for monthly reports and deliverables.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A Graduate in any stream preferably Management or Accounting qualifications.

• Preferred candidates with 0-1 Year of HR & Admin experience.

• Fluency in written and spoken English.

• Comfortable working in basic Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Good Learner, ability to multi-task


Work Days/Hours:

• Monday to Saturday; Shift 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM.--- Work from Office only.

Stipend & Benefits:

• Selected candidates will be registered as Apprentice with lucrative Stipend offered under the National

Apprenticeship Training scheme (NATS), accredited by Govt. of India. A formal Certificate upon successful

completion of one year training.

• Employees will be covered under the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) scheme.
