The Fraud Prevention & Investigation Support Executive will be responsible for reviewing customer applications and identifying issues related to banking products. The role involves handling fraud-related queries through a blended process, including customer interactions via calls and emails. The executive will ensure accurate investigation, timely resolution, and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
