Job Role
Ensure operations as per SOP at all centers (swapping stations).
Training, hiring, performance reviewing of all employees at all centers
Suggesting any modification to SOP if needed
Helping BD team to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
you will be point of contact for customers and need to take care of customer retention
To keep centers infrastructure operational and functional to ensure great customer experience
Charging efficiency optimization at the centers to increase supply with given resources
Heads emergency response team, center heads, co-ordinator between BD, production
you need to take cash collection accountability and do mass balance of assets at the centers
Responsible for P&L for the centers under you.
Responsible for setting and achieving growth targets. 



Skills

Experience in handling multiple centers with high touch customer operation offline. Ex. Airtel, easy day, FNB, hospitality (not very high end), OYO rooms, Treebo
Level headed for exceptions handling and fire fighting
Detail oriented and operational experience
Authoritative with respect to the team handling
Highly disciplined
B.Tech, MBA
2+ year experience
3-12 LPA salary
