Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of field sales executives across assigned territories.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote solar installation services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
  • Generate and qualify leads through on-site visits, local campaigns, partnerships, and referrals.
  • Conduct site assessments and collaborate with the technical team to create customized proposals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics; report progress and refine strategies as required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, channel partners, and local stakeholders.
  • Provide continuous training, mentoring, and support to the sales team to enhance performance and product knowledge.
  • Stay updated on solar energy trends, government incentives, policies, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the sales process.
