Job Title: Area Sales Manager/ Field Sales Executive

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Locations Available:

  • Noida (Vacant Post: 1)
  • Gurgaon (Vacant Post: 1)
  • Faridabad (Vacant Post: 1)


Corporate Office: Wazirpur, Delhi

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Reporting To: Head of Department (HOD)

Salary: As per industry standards and competitive with the market


Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced ASM/ FSE to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales in a specific area, meeting with clients, promoting our products, and helping grow our customer base. Your main goal will be to increase sales by building strong relationships with customers, finding new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a field-based job, so you’ll spend most of your time visiting clients, understanding their needs, and offering the right solutions. You should be confident, target-driven, and have good communication and problem-solving skills. If you enjoy meeting people, working independently, and have experience in home interior or building materials, this role is a great fit for you.


Key Responsibilities Lead Generation:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the designated region.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations for potential and existing clients.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Relationship Management: Develop strong, long-term customer relationships to support repeat and referral business.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Training & Development: Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through company-provided training.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed sales records and submit regular updates to the reporting manager.

Qualifications & Core Competencies

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Google Drive, spreadsheets, and professional email communication

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment

Additional Requirements

  • Must own a two-wheeler (bike or scooter) and possess a valid driving license
  • Experience in B2B/ B2C or channel sales will be an added advantage
