Purpose

This role is responsible for the design, development and industrialization of process, products and technologies, maximizing business value and customer satisfaction for existing or new products.

Key Missions

Defines, develops and qualifies new products, new structures and new processes according to customers specification and related standards (Quality Cost Delay QCD)

Prepares and maintains required documentations

Benchmarks and supplies consultation to optimize technical solutions

Writes technical specifications for qualification process

Supports innovation and enriches IDEMIA IP (intellectual property)

Supports IDEMIA manufacturing sites for technical issues, customers complaints and sharing best practices and support process improvement

Advices internal or external customer for new product orientations or specifications

Develops and industrializes simple products (new one or small evolution) under direct supversion

Prepares and maintains required documentation

Advices internal customer on projects

Profile & Other Information

Responsibility 
•    Follow a sequence of instructions in the right order
•    Acknowledge ownership of a job
•    Check Design workability using usual common sense rules in Design activities (resolution, missing links/fonts, format)
•    Ensure workability for Idemia of the Design received following manufacturing rules.
•    Prepare Design elements that will be required in the Design phase for production smooth execution (“layers” principles)
•    Execute the main Design activity
•    Use automated tools and ensure proper execution of the systems
•    Report back the execution of his/her tasks

•    Alert hierarchically any problems that prevent to deliver as expected
•    Notice improvement actions that can help in optimizing workflows
