Assistant Finance Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE The Assistant Finance Manager will manage day-to-day accounting, financial reconciliations, and compliance filings. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and reporting. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure accuracy in financial data and timely submissions of regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibility/Task Details Accounting Management Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records. Tax Compliance Reconciliation Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Conduct monthly bank and vendor reconciliations. Financial Reports Vendor Payments Assist in preparing MIS and financial summaries for management. Process vendor bills, verify documentation, and ensure timely payment. Support Audits Team Support Assist auditors with required documentation and clarifications. Mentor finance executives and trainees.
