Assistant Manager

  • Should be able to manage a team and coach them continuously to achieve business goal 
  • Candidate must possess a deep knowledge of the following activities
    • SOW process management, Initiation to closure of a SOW also maintaining the SOW by modifying and creating milestones.
    • Operations and support administration this entails tasks related to Fieldglass reporting, creating and managing SOWs, Rate Card, Requisitions and system integration/worker id related troubleshooting
    • Onboarding and Offboarding of a supplier in Fieldglass along with conducting compliance audits for suppliers
    • Invoicing Process, resolving vendor queries related to payments via Fieldglass
    • Job posting management
    • Onboarding and off boarding of contractors which includes creating a profile with effective dates and NID creation
    • Work order creation and expiry management.
    • Contingent labor operations - Creation, modification and terminating workers IDs. Sending reminders to submitter and approver for to submit and approve the timesheet. Creating and updating Role and rates in Fieldglass. Contingent worker profile related tasks, closing worker rates update password reset etc.
    • Candidate should have worked on Fieldglass and Ariba applications
    • To ensure timely and accurate delivery of daily, monthly and periodic processing of client requirements
    • Should establish systems and processes to ensure highest quality levels of performance are achieved on a day-to day basis.
    • To handle any escalation w.r.t. any operational issue.
    • To ensure proper documentation of workflow of all activities related to all the clients.
    • To interact with a client on day-to day basis responding to their requirements at a short notice by re-aligning priorities.
    • Analyze and research all discrepancies/ open items and resolve any queries relating to procurement related processes, provide back-ups for all activities
    • To create systems and checks for internal compliance policies and guidelines and ensures maintenance of clear and precise records per the requirements.
    • Ability to multitask & prioritize the deliverables

•     Able to interpret reconciliation balances & flex field combination for the balances

•     Good understanding on Open Items identification & their resolution.

•     Good email writing skills & conference call taking skills
