Job Description

Process: CEC Officer - Inbound Voice Process (On Payroll)

Designation: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manage

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls related to Retail Liabilities & Credit Cards
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling relevant banking products
  • Deliver high standards of communication & service ethics

Requirement:

  • Graduate (Mandatory)
  • 1-2 years experience preferred; Min. 6 months in customer service / call center role
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong listening skills & customer orientation

Work Details:

  • Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts
  • Female Shift Window: Between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Week Offs: 8 rotational offs/month
  • Shift Duration: 9 hours including breaks
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: Up to ₹9 LPA - ₹10 LPA (based on Experience)
  • Attractive incentive structure based on performance
