Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant manager sales role based in Noida. Assistant manager sales will be responsible for driving sales performance, building and managing client relationships, conducting property presentations, and negotiating deals. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, understanding client needs. and delivering outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Regular interaction with the company's partners and developers will also be expected, as well as contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications

* Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including Negotiation and Presentation abilities. • Analytical and Research skills to understand market trends and identify investment opportunities • Proven experience in Real Estate Sales or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and maintain a professional demeanor with clients • Knowledge of the real estate market and familiarity with leading developers is an added advantage. • Relevant certifications or a Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
