Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads for residential, commercial & plotting projects
• Handle site visits, client meetings, and negotiations
• Close deals independently and achieve monthly targets
• Build, mentor, and manage a small sales team / associates
• Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth documentation & booking process
• Represent Inrext professionally with developers and channel partners

Eligibility & Skills

• Experience in real estate sales, Insurance, Finance, Banking and Investment advisory are preferred
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Local market knowledge of Noida / Greater Noida is a plus
• Leadership mindset and result-oriented approach
