Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end sales for residential/commercial real estate direct and through channels.
  • Handle client inquiries, conduct meetings, and provide property consultations based on requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through direct sales, CP network, and referrals.
  • Conduct site visits, pricing discussions, and deal negotiations for closures.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor inventory, and new project launches.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, booking forms, and coordination with CRM for post-sales activities.
  • Maintain updated MIS of leads, visits, follow-ups, and conversions.

  • Target-oriented with strong follow-up capabilities
