Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description:

Wealth Clinic Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will support sales operations, manage client relationships, and help drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies
• Handle client inquiries, property presentations, and site visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure
• Maintain sales reports and CRM data
• Train and guide junior sales executives when required
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities

Requirements & Skills:

• Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
• Leadership and team-handling skills are an advantage
