Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Team Leader to manage and guide a team of sales executives in the real estate division. The candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent client handling and closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives
• Set individual and team sales targets and ensure timely achievement
• Monitor daily activities including calls, site visits, and client meetings
• Assist team members in closing deals and handling high-value clients
• Generate and assign quality leads to the team
• Conduct regular training and performance reviews
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare and present sales reports to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a team handling role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling residential/commercial real estate projects
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Good knowledge of local real estate market (Noida region preferred)
