About the Department 


The Immigration Sales team assists individuals and families in navigating complex immigration processes to countries like Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, and Germany. We focus on understanding clients' goals, assessing eligibility, and recommending the most suitable pathways for skilled migration, family reunification, or permanent residency. As an Assistant Team Lead – Sales, you will support the Sales Manager in driving team performance, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining service excellence. 


 


Your Role: Assistant Team Lead – Immigration Sales 


As an Assistant Team Lead, you will play a dual role—contributing as an individual revenue performer while supporting the Sales Manager in guiding and mentoring a team of Inside Sales Consultants. You will help monitor sales performance, drive daily target achievement, improve conversion ratios, and ensure consistent client engagement standards. 


This role is ideal for high-performing sales professionals looking to step into leadership while continuing to deliver strong individual results. 


 


Key Responsibilities 


  • Support the Sales Manager in supervising and guiding a team of Inside Sales Consultants. 
  • Drive individual and team revenue targets through effective follow-ups and closing strategies. 
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics. 
  • Ensure strong lead management, follow-up discipline, and CRM adherence. 
  • Coach team members on sales pitch, objection handling, and conversion improvement. 
  • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives. 
  • Conduct regular call audits and provide constructive performance feedback. 
  • Support in tracking lead conversions, revenue performance, and sales funnel health. 
  • Handle escalations and complex client cases when required. 
  • Provide input on market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback. 
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, ethical practices, and documentation standards. 

 


What We’re Looking For 


Education: 


Bachelor’s degree in any field (master's degree preferred). 


Experience: 


  • 3 to 8 years of experience in immigration sales or inside sales roles. 
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience of mentoring, guiding, or informally leading a team is preferred. 
  • Experience in immigration and visa sales is highly desirable. 


Skills: 


  • Strong closing and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to drive and motivate a team toward targets. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Target-driven with a proven sales track record. 
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities. 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools. 
  • Good understanding of immigration pathways (PR, Work Visas, Study Abroad).
