Job Description
Role: Assistant to the Founder (Founder’s Office)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven, detail-oriented Assistant to the Founder who will work closely with the Founder as a shadow across day-to-day execution, coordination, and strategic follow-ups.
This role is for someone who wants to learn how businesses are actually built, operated, and scaled—by working directly with leadership.

Key ResponsibilitiesFounder Support & Execution· Act as a single point of coordination for the Founder’s tasks, priorities, and follow-ups
· Manage schedules, reminders, action items, and daily execution tracking
· Ensure instructions and decisions taken by the Founder are communicated clearly and executed accurately
Coordination & Communication· Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations, design, admin)
· Liaise with external partners, vendors, agencies, and clients
· Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across multiple projects
· Follow up relentlessly until tasks are closed
Documentation & Reporting· Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, reports, trackers, and summaries
· Maintain structured documentation for meetings, decisions, and action plans
· Organise data, information, and communication threads for easy reference
AI & Productivity Tools· Use AI tools ( AI research tools, automation platforms, productivity software, etc.) to:
o Draft content
o Create reports and presentations
o Improve workflow efficiency
o Support research and planning
· Continuously explore new tools to enhance speed and accuracy
Research & Analysis· Conduct online research, competitor analysis, and data collection as required
· Summarise insights clearly for quick decision-making
Required Skills & Mindset
Eligibility· Freshers are welcome (prior experience not mandatory)
· Background in business, management, commerce, technology, or related fields preferred
Core Skills· Good working knowledge of AI tools
· Good command over MS Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint / Google Slides
· Clear written and verbal communication
· Strong organisational and time-management skills
Mindset & Personality Fit· Extremely detail-oriented and disciplined
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
· Willingness to take ownership and responsibility
