Job Description (Posting).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements.Design, develop, and implement software applications and systems.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing software to enhance performance and reliability.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Develop and maintain technical documentation for software projects.Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into development processes when appropriate. (1.) To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders (2.) To ensure positive customer feedback & satisfaction thorugh active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced (3.) To validate Change Order Implementation Plan & Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning (4.) To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administrators/team members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as & when required. (5.) To ensure on-time resolution & quality compliance of escalated tickets/incident as per the agreed SLA
