Manages the staffing of people resources on projects in order to ensure resources are coordinated efficiently across project teams and to achieve business objectives.

Manages complex quantitative analysis projects with assistance from project team members in order to calculate risk exposure and potential loss that may occur due to natural and man-made catastrophes, and to make risk-reducing/profitability recommendations to clients.

Reviews analyses completed by project team members involving catastrophe risk models and evaluates the resulting data sets in order to calculate the client’s risk exposure.

Reviews summaries, presentations and reports for complex client projects in order to summarize potential risks and loss results and provides general value added catastrophe advisory services.

Demonstrates leadership in mentoring and developing experienced professionals in order to achieve business objectives.

Develops expert-level knowledge in certain region-based or peril-based areas of catastrophe risk management services through research or experience in order to advance professionally and gain recognition as an expert in the industry.
