Astrology Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Sales Counselor who understands astrology and can confidently guide potential students before they enroll in our courses. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with interested leads, explain course details, build trust, and convert inquiries into admissions.

You will play a key role in revenue growth by counseling prospects, understanding their goals, and helping them choose the right astrology learning program.

1. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Engagement & CounselingContact potential students via calls, WhatsApp, or CRM leads
• Understand their interest in astrology (career, learning, remedies, spiritual growth)
• Provide complete guidance about courses, syllabus, duration, and benefits
• Answer queries confidently and professionally

2. Sales & Conversion

• Deliver personalized and persuasive course presentations
• Recommend suitable courses based on customer needs
• Handle objections and build confidence in learning astrology
• Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions

3. Follow-ups & Relationship Building

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads
• Ensure positive student experience before enrollment
• Build long-term trust and rapport with prospects

4. Target Achievement

• Meet weekly & monthly admission targets
• Maintain conversion ratio and KPIs
• Work closely with Sales Managers to improve performance

5. Product Knowledge

• Develop deep understanding of astrology courses and curriculum
• Explain course outcomes (career, consultation skills, remedies knowledge, etc.)
• Stay updated on astrology trends and student interests

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Update CRM and lead status daily
• Maintain sales reports and performance tracking
• Provide feedback to improve counseling process

7 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge or interest in Astrology is mandatory
• Good communication & convincing skills (Hindi required, English preferred)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Comfortable with calling and handling multiple leads daily
• Basic computer & CRM knowledge

8 Preferred Experience

• Telesales / Education Sales / Course Counseling
• Experience selling spiritual, wellness, or online courses
• Prior astrology knowledge or learning background is a strong advantage
