Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and qualified Ayurvedic Doctor for our newly established Ayurvedic clinic and wellness institute. The role combines clinical consultation, ethical sales support, digital content creation, and workshop facilitation to help build both patient outcomes and brand presence.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Clinical & Virtual Consultation Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive Ayurvedic consultations including Prakriti assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Prescribe and explain appropriate Ayurvedic medicines, therapies, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain patient records, treatment history, and follow-up schedules.
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
• Uphold authentic Ayurvedic practices and clinical standards.

2. Sales & Revenue SupportSupport in-clinic sales of prescribed medicines, therapies, and wellness packages.

• Educate clients on treatment benefits, duration, and expected outcomes.
• Work closely with the front desk and sales team to improve consultation-to-conversion ratios.
• Encourage follow-ups, long-term treatment adherence, and wellness programs.
• Contribute to achieving monthly consultation and revenue targets.

3. Digital Content & Social Media ResponsibilitiesCreate educational and promotional video content for platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.

• Explain Ayurvedic concepts, treatments, lifestyle tips, and FAQs in simple, engaging language.
• Participate in content planning with the marketing team (reels, shorts, long-form videos).
• Represent the clinic/institute as a trusted Ayurvedic expert on social media.
• Ensure content aligns with medical ethics, brand tone, and platform guidelines.

4. Workshops, Events & Institute ActivitiesConduct or assist in Ayurvedic workshops, wellness programs, and awareness sessions as required by the institute.

• Participate in health camps, corporate sessions, or community outreach initiatives.
• Support institute-led training programs and special events.
• Deliver presentations and interactive sessions for clients, students, or corporate groups.
• Required QualificationsBAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the State/Central Ayurvedic Council.
• Interest in wellness education, content creation, and public speaking.
