Job Title: Backend Process Executive (Female)


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Backend Process Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, managing emails, responding to WhatsApp queries, and organizing data efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office applications, internet surfing, excellent communication skills, a soft-spoken demeanor, and disciplined work ethic are essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities:

  1. Inbound/Outbound Calls:
  • Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and providing information as needed.
  • Make outbound calls to clients or customers to follow up on queries, resolve issues, or gather necessary information.
  1. Email Management:
  • Manage and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and categorize emails for easy retrieval and reference.
  1. WhatsApp Communication:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and messages on WhatsApp with a courteous and helpful attitude.
  • Provide information and assistance through WhatsApp as required.
  1. Data Organization:
  • Maintain and organize data efficiently using tools like Microsoft Excel or other relevant software.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data, updating records as necessary.
  1. MS Office Proficiency:
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, for various tasks such as document creation, data analysis, and email management.
  1. Internet Surfing:
  • Conduct internet research as needed to gather information relevant to job responsibilities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  1. Communication Skills:
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Interact with customers, clients, and team members in a professional and friendly manner.
  1. Soft-Spoken and Professional Demeanor:
  • Maintain a soft-spoken and calm demeanor in all communications, creating a positive and customer-friendly experience.
  1. Disciplined Work Ethic:
  • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and maintain a disciplined approach to work.
  • Meet deadlines and targets set by the management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Prior experience in backend processes is a plus.
