Backend Executive – Business Loan (BL) - Only Male Candidates

Job Summary

We are looking for a Backend Executive – Business Loan (BL) to support our sales and credit teams with end-to-end backend operations. The role involves documentation handling, coordination with banks and NBFCs, data management, case tracking, and ensuring smooth loan processing and disbursement.

Both freshers and experienced candidates with good communication and coordination skills can apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Loan Processing & Case Management

• Handle backend operations for Business Loan cases from login to disbursement.
• Verify customer documents as per lender checklist.
• Ensure accurate data entry in internal CRM and lender portals.
• Track case status and follow up for approvals, queries, and disbursements.

2. Documentation & Compliance

• Collect, scrutinize, and upload KYC, financials, and business documents.
• Maintain proper documentation as per bank and NBFC guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate for agreements, sanction letters, and disbursement documents.

3. Coordination & Communication

• Act as a bridge between sales team, credit team, banks, NBFCs, and customers.
• Follow up with lenders for login, credit approval, and disbursement timelines.
• Resolve lender queries and documentation discrepancies promptly.
• Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders.

4. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain records of logged-in cases, approvals, rejections, and disbursements.
• Support payout and reconciliation processes as per agreed cycles.

5. Process Improvement & Support

• Assist in streamlining backend processes to reduce TAT.
• Support audits, internal reviews, and compliance checks.
• Coordinate with operations team for payout closure and partner reconciliation.
