Back Office Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The role involves data management, documentation, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth back-office operations.

• Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update company records, databases, and files
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and other documentation
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams
• Handle email communication and internal follow-ups
• Ensure accuracy of data entry and records management
• Assist in inventory tracking and order processing (if applicable)
• Support audits and compliance-related activities

• Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of office procedures and documentation
